The apartment has the size of 120 m² on 2 floors and consists of 3 spacious bedrooms with King size beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge area. Both bathrooms have a distinctive design with Modica stone and Sicilian Majolica tiles with a natural appeal, perfectly adapted for walk-in showers. Comfort is also about the details: bath robe, flip-flops and organic toiletries. Independent temperature control in every room ensures maximum comfort in every of Sicilian seasons. The apartment has its own small garden and the private patio.
The apartment can accommodate up to six people, which makes it ideal for a large family or a group of friends.

All the rooms are non smoking and have a 24h reception service.

We are pleased to inform you that in our apartment there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Also, the apartment is equipped with private terrace and patio.
Breakfast and cleaning service are NOT included in the rate. Breakfast will be served in our Restaurant Codarossa at the cost of € 14,50 per day, per person.
Cleaning service (€ 75,00 per time) and towels/linen change (€ 15,00 per time, per room) is under request.
